We are searching for an excellent communicator, with an outstanding track record of People leadership in a sizeable, similarly complex, multi-faceted organisation, creating a culture of continuous improvement. You will role model our values as a leader and bring an authentic style with the ability to listen, learn, support and challenge in equal measure.
