We are West of England specialists. We provide homes and services across Bath, Bristol and beyond. We currently operate across eight local authority areas, which are mainly in the West of England. This area covers Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Mendip and West Wiltshire. We also have a small number of homes in Cotswold District.
As a housing association we have no paid shareholders. We create profit for purpose, reinvesting the surpluses from our commercial house-building business into our core social purpose.
